Hi! First, I like this character's style! They look too cool for that bag of baguettes lol. Apologies for the sloppy lines. I think the most noticeable proportion fixes were the arms and shoulders. I first gave them wider shoulders which would make room to attach thicker arms. Typically shoulders that extend half the head width out tend to look proportional, although this can depend on the character or style. I'm not 100% sure what kind of jacket this character is wearing, but I decided to go with a baggier jacket. Baggy clothes can be forgiving with anatomy since the ballooning fabric can look "correct" easier than bare limbs or tight-skin clothes haha XD For the expression, I tried to emphasize the juxtaposition of this cool character snacking on bread my making the eyes look more bored (half-lidded eyes with no highlights) and making the chewing lips look more puckered. The bread crumb should be concentrated very close to the corners of the mouth too. I also sharpened the jaws a bit since the new proportions made the character look more chunky than the original.
