At the same time, the large box is projecting a cast shadow onto the cylinder on the side, so it shouldn't be completely illuminated. The cylinder inserted into the side cylinder is also casting a shadow. There shouldn't be a shadow on the bottom part of the inserted cylinder, since that entire area is facing the light source. As for the bent cylinder at the top, you can draw lines showing the direction of the light to get a better idea of how the cast shadow should look.
