Hello Yujin, your character is really cool, I like how the drawing looks, I'd say you only need to keep on practicing, study other people's work, you probably already know what you like and what influences you might like pulling from I will always recommend Kohei Horikoshi, Yusuke Murata and Tite Kubo for the style you are aiming here. Also, I think you might benefit a lot from avoiding gradients or airbrushing too much when coloring in this style, Think about the artists that work in this style, they always use the paint bucket when painting digitally and markers when painting traditionally, you can get away with harder edges, has more impact. I mostly changed that, and some proportions here and there, check how your favourite artists place the features, how big or small they are, how much distance etc etc...
