I think some of your biggest problems are in your proportions (knobby knuckles, oddly short palms) some good things to keep in mind when drawing hands are diversity (hands are one of the most varied parts of the human body) and connection (how does the attachment to the arm pull the skin and alter the general shape). I recommend using palmistry (palm reading) references to understand the variety in hand proportions. My "paintover" is just a general view of how I personally typically go through the process of drawing hands. (Orange is early stages/blocking, blue is detail/building the shape, and black is close to the finished product) (weird colors are just what I'm used to using lol) | Artwod Feedback
