Hello there! The main issue here is that the perspective is inconsistent. You'll notice that the lines are converging toward different vanishing points. At the same time, you're drawing the bottom of the cylindrical buildings while also showing the tops of the square buildings. This creates even more inconsistency because the position of the horizon line isn't being taken into account. It's essential to establish the horizon line first so you know whether you'll be seeing the bottom or the top of an object. If an object is below the horizon line, you'll see its top; if it's above the horizon line, you'll see its bottom. Having a clearly established horizon line will also help your objects converge much more accurately, not perfectly, but much more consistently. Take a look at the small sketch I made on the left.
